For limited companies with a turnover of £0 to £1 million

The accountant’s fee starts from £350 GBP.

This service includes:

- Preparation of your micro-entity accounts (statutory accounts, annual accounts, or year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 105, together with your company tax return; and

- Filing of your annual accounts with Companies House and your Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Micro-Entity Classification

Your private limited company will be classified as a micro-entity if it meets any two of the following criteria:

- Turnover of £632,000 or less;

- Balance sheet total of £316,000 or less;

- 10 employees or fewer.

New Company Size Thresholds (Effective from 6 April 2025)

- Turnover of £1 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £500,000 or less;

- 10 or fewer employees.

For limited companies with a turnover of £1 million to £15 million

The accountant’s fee starts from £2,500 GBP.

This service includes:

- Preparation of your small company accounts (statutory accounts, also known as year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A, together with your company tax return; and

- Filing of your company accounts with Companies House and your Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Small Company Classification

Your private limited company will be classified as a small company if it meets any two of the following criteria:

- Turnover of £10.2 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £5.1 million or less;

- 50 employees or fewer.

New Company Size Thresholds (Effective from 6 April 2025)

- Turnover of £15 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £7.5 million or less;

- 50 or fewer employees.
