For limited companies with a turnover of £0 to £1 million

The accountant's fee starts from £350 GBP

This service includes:

• Preparation of your micro entity accounts (statutory accounts, annual accounts or year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 105 and your company tax return; and
• Filing of your annual accounts with Companies House and Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Your private limited company will be classified as a 'micro-entity' if it meets any two of the following criteria:

• Turnover of £632,000 or less;
• £316,000 or less on its balance sheet;
• 10 employees or fewer.

From 6 April 2025, the following new company size thresholds apply:

• Turnover of £1 million or less;
• Balance sheet total of £500,000 or less;
• 10 or fewer employees.

For limited companies with a turnover of £1 million to £15 million

The accountant's fee starts from £2,500 GBP

This service includes:

• Preparation of your small company accounts (statutory accounts, also known as year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 102 1A and your company tax return; and
• Filing of your company accounts with Companies House and Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Your private limited company will be classified as a 'small company' if it meets any two of the following criteria:

• Turnover of £10.2 million or less;
• £5.1 million or less on its balance sheet;
• 50 employees or fewer.

From 6 April 2025, the following new company size thresholds apply:

• Turnover of £15 million or less;
• Balance sheet total of £7.5 million or less; and
• 50 or fewer employees.
