TERMS OF BUSINESS

A copy of our Terms of Business will be provided to each client at the commencement of our engagement to provide services, together with a letter of engagement setting out the fees payable and the specific services to be provided.

MONEY LAUNDERING SUPERVISION

As an accountancy service provider, we are supervised by the Association of International Accountants (AIA) for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.

TAX AGENTS

We are registered with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as a tax agent and follow the HMRC standard for agents. The term ‘tax agent’ refers to all individuals and businesses involved in professionally representing or advising taxpayers, i.e. accountants, tax advisers, financial advisers, payroll professionals and legal professionals. You will need to complete Form 64-8 to authorise and appoint us to handle your tax affairs.

AUDIT AND INVESTMENT BUSINESS

We are not registered for the provision of audit services and are not authorised to conduct investment business. 

CONTINUITY OF PRACTICE

It is our duty to protect the interests of our clients and make sure our services are uninterrupted at all times. To this end, we have a Continuity Agreement in place with PCL Chartered Accountants (Mr Stephen James Keates ACA FCCA).

PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

Our professional indemnity insurance is underwritten by Hiscox Underwriting Ltd of 1 Great St. Helen's, London EC3A 6HX and the territorial coverage is worldwide excluding USA and Canada.

VAT REGISTRATION

We are registered for VAT and our registration number is GB 332 3141 49.
