Welcoming new clients into our accounting firm and dealing with their enquiries as efficiently as possible, but, how does it work? Well, we invest in onboarding, training and support to be able to offer a fast and hassle free onboarding process. We are a paperless accounting firm (we do not keep any paper records). We store, manage, and process your documents in a digital format. Nothing too complicated, as long as you have an email address you are good to go. Here are the 5 easy steps of our client onboarding process:
Give us a call, drop us an email or complete one of our online forms. At this stage we will discuss your requirements and tell you how we work, our services, fees, etc. We can meet with you on Zoom, Skype, or perhaps in person? whichever suits you the best.
If you are happy with our Proposal and the payment plan, we will prepare and send you our Letter of Engagement, outlining the services we discussed, along with our Terms of Business. We work with PandaDoc. It is easy to review and sign our documents.
Once you accept our Proposal and agree to our Letter of Engagement together with our Terms of Business, you will get to the final stage of our client onboarding process; invoicing and payment.
You will need to make your payment by bank transfer or set up a direct debit if you choose to pay monthly. Alternatively, you can pay by debit or credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Our low monthly payments allow you to spread the cost of services over the year.
