We welcome new clients to our accounting firm and handle enquiries as efficiently as possible. So, how does this process unfold? It begins with our investment in onboarding, training, and strong support systems. This allows us to deliver a swift and hassle-free client onboarding experience.

As a paperless accounting firm, we no longer maintain traditional paper records. Instead, we handle, organise, and process your documents in a fully digital format. The process is straightforward, and all that is required to get started is an email address.

Allow us to walk you through the five simple steps of our client onboarding process:

Let us know how we can help. You can call us, send an email, or complete one of our online forms. At this stage, we will discuss your requirements and explain how we work, the services we provide, and our fees. We can meet via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or in person, whichever suits you best.

If you are happy with our proposal and the payment plan, we will prepare and send you our Letter of Engagement, which outlines the services discussed along with our Terms of Business. We use AdobeSign, making it simple to review and sign our documents electronically.

Once you accept our proposal and agree to our Letter of Engagement together with our Terms of Business, you will move to the final stage of our client onboarding process: invoicing and payment.

You can make your payment by bank transfer or, if you choose to pay monthly, set up a direct debit. Alternatively, you may pay by debit or credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Our low monthly payments allow you to spread the cost of services over the year.

Once the engagement is completed, we will add your organisation to Xero and invite you to access it. If you are already using Xero, our accountant will explain your options and help you choose the most suitable edition for your business.
