Client Onboarding Process
Welcoming new clients into our accounting firm and dealing with their enquiries as efficiently as possible. But, how does this process unfold? It all begins with our investment in onboarding, training, and robust support systems. This empowers us to deliver a swift and hassle-free client onboarding experience. As a paperless accounting firm, we have forgone traditional paper records entirely. Instead, we handle, organise, and process your documents in a digital format. The process is remarkably straightforward—having an email address is all that is needed to get started. Allow us to walk you through the five simple steps of our client onboarding process:
Step 1. Get in touch with us, let us know how we can help:
Give us a call, drop us an email or complete one of our online forms. At this stage, we will discuss your requirements and tell you how we work, our services, fees, etc. We can meet with you on WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or perhaps in person. whichever suits you the best.
Step 2. Accounting services proposal, payment plan:
If you are happy with our Proposal and the payment plan, we will prepare and send you our Letter of Engagement, outlining the services we discussed, along with our Terms of Business. We work with AdobeSign. It is easy to review and sign our documents.
Step 3. Acceptance of proposal and letter of engagement:
Once you accept our Proposal and agree to our Letter of Engagement together with our Terms of Business, you will get to the final stage of our client onboarding process; invoicing and payment.
Step 4. Payment by bank transfer, card or direct debit:
You will need to make your payment by bank transfer or set up a direct debit if you choose to pay monthly. Alternatively, you can pay by debit or credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. Our low monthly payments allow you to spread the cost of services over the year.
Step 5. Commencement of work, adding your organisation to Xero:
