Accountants Fees for Limited Companies & Sole Traders
Our accountants fees for small businesses are simple and fair. We offer a full range of accounting services for limited companies and sole trader businesses. Our highly personalised services are designed to improve business efficiency and profitability.
Accountants fees for remote bookkeeping services start from £30 GBP, plus VAT (per hour) and cover:
- Your day-to-day bookkeeping;
- Preparation and submission of your VAT returns;
- As well as your monthly payroll, including managing your auto-enrolment.
Our fees for on-site bookkeeping services (London only) start from £40 GBP, plus VAT (per hour).
From £350 GBP, plus VAT, per accounts and tax return
Companies with a turnover of £0 to £600,000
Our service includes:
- Preparation of your limited company's statutory accounts (annual accounts) in accordance with FRS 105 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-Entities) and company tax return;
- Online submission of your micro-entity accounts (with Companies House) and Corporation Tax return (with HMRC).
Year-End Accounts (Small Company)
£1,200 GBP
From £1,200 GBP, plus VAT per accounts and tax return
Companies with a turnover of £600,000 to £10,000,000
Our service includes:
- Preparation of your limited company's statutory accounts (annual accounts) in accordance with FRS 102 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK, Section 1A Small Entities) and company tax return;
- Online submission of your company accounts (with Companies House) and Corporation Tax return (with HMRC).
From £250 GBP, plus VAT per tax return
This service takes care of:
- Declaring your income; and
- Claiming your allowances, as well as reliefs that you are entitled to.
Our fee for a basic tax return, i.e. employment, dividend and/or interest income (without sole trader business accounts) is £150 GBP.
From £50 GBP, plus VAT per accounts and tax return
This service includes:
- Producing your dormant company accounts and nil Corporation Tax return;
- Online filing of your dormant accounts (with Companies House) and Corporation Tax return (with HMRC).
Accountant's Reference Letters
£150 GBP
From £150 GBP, plus VAT per reference
We provide an accountant's reference letter in relation to our client's mortgage application, confirmation of self-employed status or verification for renting a new property.

Starter Accounting Package
£100 GBP
From £100 GBP, plus VAT per month
This package is for limited companies that qualify as a micro-entity.
- Your monthly Xero Ignite subscription;
- 30 minutes of bookkeeping;
- Confirmation statement;
- Dividends;
- Statutory accounts (FRS 105);
- Company tax return; and
- Director's Self Assessment tax return are included.
Starter Plus Accounting Package
£125 GBP
From £125 GBP, plus VAT per month
In addition to our Starter Package, this package comes with Xero Grow subscription and includes:
- 45 minutes of bookkeeping;
- 1 employee (director) on payroll; and
- Company secretarial support services.
Standard Accounting Package
£215 GBP
From £215 GBP, plus VAT per month
In addition to our Starter Plus Package, this package comes with:
- Xero Comprehensive edition;
- 60 minutes of bookkeeping;
- Your VAT returns;
- Up to 5 employees on payroll; and
- Accountant's reference.
Premium Accounting Package
£350 GBP
From £350 GBP, plus VAT per month
This package is for limited companies that qualify as a small company (FRS 102 1A). In addition to our Standard Package, it comes with:
- Xero Ultimate edition;
- 90 minutes of bookkeeping;
- Up to 25 employees on payroll;
- As well as 2 Self Assessment tax returns; and
- Accountant's references/certifications.
Premium Plus Accounting Package
£450 GBP
From £450 GBP, plus VAT per month
In addition to our Premium Package, this package includes:
- 180 minutes of bookkeeping;
- Up to 50 employees on payroll;
- As well as 3 Self Assessment tax returns; and
- Accountant's references/certifications.
Monthly Accounting Services for Sole Traders
Our highly competitive monthly accounting services designed for sole trader businesses (better known as self-employed professionals or freelancers), high net worth individuals, barristers, lawyers and legal professionals.
Business Accounting Package
£75 GBP
From £75 GBP, plus VAT per month
This package includes:
- Self Assessment registration;
- Your monthly Xero subscription (Ignite edition);
- 30 minutes of bookkeeping;
- Your annual accounts; and
- Self Assessment tax return.
Legal Accounting Package
£120 GBP
From £120 GBP, plus VAT per month
- Your monthly Xero subscription (Ignite edition);
- 30 minutes of bookkeeping;
- VAT returns;
- Annual accounts;
- Self Assessment tax return;
- As well as the accountant's reference is included.
Our accountants' fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where it is chargeable. A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of your payment. This fee schedule is for UK tax-resident businesses and companies with (UK) resident directors and shareholders. Unless otherwise agreed, all our fees are due for payment upon receipt. Any other service not listed here is subject to the accountant's hourly rate of £100 GBP, plus VAT. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa cards.
