Our monthly accounting services help startups plan effectively by providing a clear understanding of their accounting costs. By subscribing to one of our monthly packages, you will pay a fixed monthly fee, allowing you to spread the cost of services evenly throughout the year.

STARTER MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The starter monthly service is designed for limited companies that qualify as micro-entity and are eligible for audit exemption. The following services are included in the starter package:

• Dedicated Accountant for Starter: Every one of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant to ensure we deliver top-notch service to our clients.

• Xero IGNITE for Starter: Keeping your business records on Xero Ignite, which is Xero's recommended plan for businesses starting out. It covers the essentials, including bank feeds, invoicing (up to 20 invoices and 10 bills), analytics and more.

• Bookkeeping (30 minutes) for Starter: We take care of your bookkeeping (up to 30 minutes per month). By law you are required to keep records about the company itself and financial and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.

• Companies House submission for Starter: Filing your company's confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non-trading companies, must file a confirmation statement. It confirms the information Companies House holds about your company is up to date.

• Dividends for Starter: Producing your dividend vouchers and creating board meeting minutes. If you have any retained profits in your limited company, these funds may be distributed as dividends to the company’s shareholders. Once the director(s) have decided to make an interim or final dividend payment, the declaration must be recorded in the company’s minutes and you must also provide each shareholder with a dividend voucher.

• Annual Accounts for Starter: Preparing your company's statutory accounts (annual accounts) according to FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland for the micro-entities. Sending a copy of your accounts to all shareholders, Companies House and HMRC.

• Corporation Tax Return for Starter: Preparing and filing your company tax return.

• Self Assessment tax return (1 director) for Starter: Preparing and submitting your Self Assessment tax return (online).

STARTER PLUS MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The starter plus monthly service is tailored for limited companies that qualify as micro-entity and are eligible for audit exemption. The Starter Plus package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Starter Plus: Each of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant to make sure we provide the best-in-class service to our clients.

• Xero GROW for Starter Plus: Keeping your business records on Xero Grow, which is Xero’s recommended plan for growing businesses, covers bank feeds, unlimited invoices and bills, analytics and more.

• Bookkeeping (45 minutes) for Starter Plus: Taking care of your bookkeeping (up to 45 minutes per month). By law you are required to keep records about the company itself and financial and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.

• Payroll (1 employee/director) for Starter Plus: Registering you as an employer with HMRC. Running your payroll on a monthly basis (collecting your payroll data, producing your payslips and payroll reports). Completing your PAYE forms (P45, P60, P11D).

• Companies House submission for Starter Plus: Filing your company's confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non-trading companies, must file a confirmation statement. It confirms the information Companies House holds about your company is up to date.

• Company Secretarial Support for Starter Plus: Our company secretarial support services include maintaining your company's statutory registers, completing, and filing statutory forms, meetings and resolutions. 

• Dividends for Starter Plus: Producing your dividend vouchers and creating board meeting minutes. If you have any retained profits in your limited company, these funds may be distributed as dividends to the company’s shareholders. Once the director(s) have decided to make an interim or final dividend payment, the declaration must be recorded in the company’s minutes and you must also provide each shareholder with a dividend voucher.
