By subscribing to one of our monthly accounting services, you pay a fixed monthly fee and spread the cost of your accounting evenly throughout the year. This gives you a clear understanding of your accounting costs and confidence that your tax affairs are being taken care of.

STARTER MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The Starter Monthly Service is designed for limited companies that qualify as micro-entities and are eligible for audit exemption. The following services are included in the Starter Package:

• Dedicated Accountant for Starter: Every one of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant to ensure we deliver top-quality service to our clients.

• Xero IGNITE for Starter: Your business records are maintained on Xero Ignite, Xero’s recommended plan for new businesses. It covers the essentials, including bank feeds, invoicing (up to 20 invoices and 10 bills), analytics, and more.

• Bookkeeping (30 minutes) for Starter: We handle your bookkeeping for up to 30 minutes per month. By law, you are required to keep company records and financial information for 6 years from the end of the last financial year they relate to (or longer, where applicable).

• Companies House submission for Starter: We take care of filing your company’s confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non-trading companies, must submit this statement annually to confirm that the information Companies House holds about your company is accurate and up to date.

• Dividends for Starter: We produce your dividend vouchers and prepare the required board meeting minutes. If your company has retained profits, these may be distributed as dividends to shareholders. Once directors declare an interim or final dividend, it must be recorded in the company’s minutes, and each shareholder must receive a dividend voucher.

• Annual Accounts for Starter: We prepare your company’s statutory (annual) accounts in accordance with FRS 105 – The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland for micro-entities. Copies of your accounts are sent to all shareholders, Companies House, and HMRC.

• Corporation Tax Return for Starter: We prepare and file your company tax return in full compliance with HMRC requirements.

• Self Assessment tax return (1 director) for Starter: We prepare and submit one Self Assessment tax return (online) for the company’s director.

STARTER PLUS MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The Starter Plus Monthly Service is tailored for limited companies that qualify as micro-entities and are eligible for audit exemption. The Starter Plus Package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Starter Plus: Each of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant, ensuring we provide best-in-class service to every client.

• Xero GROW for Starter Plus: Your business records are managed using Xero Grow, Xero’s recommended plan for growing businesses. It includes bank feeds, unlimited invoices and bills, analytics, and more.

• Bookkeeping (45 minutes) for Starter Plus: We take care of your bookkeeping for up to 45 minutes per month. By law, you must maintain company and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last financial year they relate to (or longer, where required).

• Payroll (1 employee/director) for Starter Plus: We handle your HMRC employer registration and run your payroll monthly. This includes collecting payroll data, producing payslips and payroll reports, and completing PAYE forms such as P45, P60, and P11D.

• Companies House submission for Starter Plus: Our company secretarial support includes maintaining your company’s statutory registers, completing and filing statutory forms, and preparing minutes and resolutions.

• Company Secretarial Support for Starter Plus: Our company secretarial support services include maintaining your company's statutory registers, completing, and filing statutory forms, meetings and resolutions. 

• Dividends for Starter Plus: We produce dividend vouchers and prepare board meeting minutes. If your company has retained profits, these may be distributed as dividends to shareholders.
