Our premium monthly accounting service helps small companies with planning. By subscribing to one of our monthly packages, you will pay a fixed monthly fee, enabling you to spread the cost of services evenly throughout the year.

PREMIUM MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The premium monthly service is designed for limited companies that meet the criteria of a small company and are eligible for audit exemption. The premium package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Premium: Every one of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant to make sure we provide the best-in-class service to our clients.

• Xero ULTIMATE for Premium: Maintaining your business records on Xero Ultimate, the premium version of Xero accounting software, includes accounting, payroll, VAT, analytics, and forecasting tools to help businesses scale for future growth.

• Bookkeeping (90 minutes) for Premium: Taking care of your bookkeeping (up to 90 minutes per month). By law you are required to keep records about the company itself and financial and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.

• VAT returns for Premium: Preparing and submitting your quarterly VAT returns.

• Payroll (25 or fewer employees) for Premium: Registering you as an employer with HMRC. Running your payroll on a monthly basis (collecting your payroll data, producing your payslips and payroll reports). Completing your PAYE forms (P45, P60, P11D).

• Companies House submission for Premium: Filing your company's confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non-trading companies, must file a confirmation statement. It confirms the information Companies House holds about your company is up to date.

• Company Secretarial Support for Premium: Our company secretarial support services include maintaining your company's statutory registers, completing, and filing statutory forms, meetings and resolutions. 

• Dividends for Premium: Producing your dividend vouchers and creating board meeting minutes. If you have any retained profits in your limited company, these funds may be distributed as dividends to the company’s shareholders. Once the director(s) have decided to make an interim or final dividend payment, the declaration must be recorded in the company’s minutes and you must also provide each shareholder with a dividend voucher.

• Annual Accounts for Premium: Preparing your company's statutory accounts (annual accounts) according to FRS 102 (Section 1A) The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland for small entities. Sending a copy of your accounts to all shareholders, Companies House and HMRC. 

• Corporation Tax Return for Premium: Preparing and filing your company tax return.

• Self Assessment tax return (1-2 directors) for Premium: Preparing and submitting your Self Assessment tax returns (online).

• Accountant's references (up to 2 per year) for Premium: Providing references and certifications in relation to your mortgage application or verification for renting a new property, etc.

PREMIUM PLUS MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The premium plus monthly service is tailored for limited companies that meet the definition of a small company and are exempt from audit requirements. The premium plus package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Premium Plus: Each of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

• Xero ULTIMATE for Premium Plus: Keeping your business records on Xero Ultimate, the premium version of Xero accounting software, includes accounting, payroll, VAT, analytics, and forecasting tools to help businesses scale for future growth.

• Bookkeeping (180 minutes) for Premium Plus: Taking care of your bookkeeping (up to 180 minutes per month). By law you are required to keep records about the company itself and financial and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.

• VAT returns for Premium Plus: Preparing and submitting your quarterly VAT returns.

• Payroll (50 or fewer employees) for Premium Plus: Registering you as an employer with HMRC. Running your payroll on a monthly basis (collecting your payroll data, producing your payslips and payroll reports). Completing your PAYE forms (P45, P60, P11D).
