By subscribing to one of our monthly accounting services, you pay a fixed monthly fee and spread the cost of your accounting evenly throughout the year. This gives you a clear understanding of your accounting costs and confidence that your tax affairs are being taken care of.

PREMIUM MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The Premium Service is designed for limited companies that meet the criteria of a small company and are eligible for audit exemption. The Premium Package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Premium: Each of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant, ensuring we provide best-in-class service to every client.

• Xero ULTIMATE for Premium: Your business records are maintained using Xero Ultimate, the premium version of Xero accounting software. This plan includes accounting, payroll, VAT, analytics, and forecasting tools designed to help businesses scale for future growth.

• Bookkeeping (90 minutes) for Premium: We take care of your bookkeeping for up to 90 minutes per month. By law, you must maintain company and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last financial year they relate to (or longer, where required).

• VAT returns for Premium: We prepare and submit your quarterly VAT returns in full compliance with HMRC regulations.

• Payroll (25 or fewer employees) for Premium: We register your company as an employer with HMRC and run your monthly payroll, including data collection, payslip production, and payroll reporting. We also complete PAYE forms such as P45, P60, and P11D.

• Companies House submission for Premium: We handle the filing of your company’s confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non-trading ones, must submit a confirmation statement confirming that the information held by Companies House is accurate and up to date.

• Company Secretarial Support for Premium: Our company secretarial support covers maintaining statutory registers, completing and filing statutory forms, and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions.

• Dividends for Premium: We produce dividend vouchers and prepare board meeting minutes. If your company has retained profits, these may be distributed as dividends to shareholders. Once directors declare a dividend (interim or final), it must be recorded in the company’s minutes, and each shareholder must receive a dividend voucher.

• Annual Accounts for Premium: We prepare your company’s statutory (annual) accounts in accordance with FRS 102 (Section 1A) – The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland for small entities. Copies of your accounts are sent to shareholders, Companies House, and HMRC.

• Corporation Tax Return for Premium: We prepare and file your company tax return accurately and on time with HMRC.

• Self Assessment tax return (1-2 directors) for Premium: We prepare and submit up to 2 Self Assessment tax returns (online) for the company’s directors.

• Accountant's references (up to 2 per year) for Premium: We provide accountant’s references and certificates to support your mortgage applications, rental verifications, or self-employment status confirmations.

PREMIUM PLUS MONTHLY ACCOUNTING SERVICE

The Premium Plus Monthly Service is tailored for limited companies that meet the definition of a small company and are exempt from audit requirements. The Premium Plus Package includes the following services:

• Dedicated Accountant for Premium Plus: Each of our monthly accounting packages includes a dedicated accountant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to every client.

• Xero ULTIMATE for Premium Plus: Your business records are managed using Xero Ultimate, the premium version of Xero accounting software. This plan includes accounting, payroll, VAT, analytics, and forecasting tools designed to help businesses scale for future growth.

• Bookkeeping (180 minutes) for Premium Plus: We take care of your bookkeeping for up to 180 minutes per month. By law, you must maintain company and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last financial year they relate to (or longer, where required).

• VAT returns for Premium Plus: We prepare and submit your quarterly VAT returns in full compliance with HMRC regulations.
