For limited companies with a turnover of £0 to £1 million

The accountant’s fee starts from £350 GBP.

This Limited Company Accounts Filing Service Includes:

- Preparation of your micro company accounts (statutory accounts, annual accounts, or year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 105, together with your company tax return; and

- Submission of your company accounts to Companies House and filing of your Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Micro-Entity Classification

Your limited company will be classified as a micro-entity if it meets any two of the following criteria:

- Turnover of £632,000 or less;

- Balance sheet total of £316,000 or less;

- 10 or fewer employees.

From 6 April 2025, the following updated company size thresholds will apply:

- Turnover of £1 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £500,000 or less;

- 10 or fewer employees.

For limited companies with a turnover of £1 million to £15 million

The accountant’s fee starts from £2,500 GBP.

This Service Includes:

- Preparation of your small company accounts (annual accounts, also known as year-end accounts) in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A, together with your company tax return; and

- Submission of your small company accounts to Companies House and filing of your Corporation Tax return with HMRC.

Small Company Classification

Your limited company will be classified as a small company if it meets any two of the following criteria:

- Turnover of £10.2 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £5.1 million or less;

- 50 or fewer employees.

From 6 April 2025, the following updated company size thresholds will apply:

- Turnover of £15 million or less;

- Balance sheet total of £7.5 million or less;

- 50 or fewer employees.
